The
bike is owned by David & Dot Wirtz of
Summerville, SC. We bought the bike new in May 2003, and have
been working on it since. The bike is outfitted with various
rare chrome and one-of-a-kind items, and is a two-time Custom &
Chrome Showdown winner. Currently it has 54,000 miles on it. The
trailer, which we have refurbished, is an older model Bushtec
and is color matched to the bike. Dave and Dot are shown here
arriving at the Palmetto Voyagers 2007 AVA Southeast Regional
Rally.

Here is a view looking at the back of
the bike which shows many custom items such as a Markland hitch,
saddlebag and trip trunk chrome rails, trip trunk rail light, a
small mural just below the license plate, custom built LED
brake lights, and a LED lighted USA flag!
|
This is a great left side view
showing tons (ok, lots) of custom and chrome goodies. This
bike has nearly every chrome accessory produced by Markland for
the Voyager, including such rare items as the trip trunk hump guard and "tank" top chrome cassette bag or storage rack. Also
pictured, are various chrome engine pieces, a leather Russell
Day-Long seat and backrests, and custom hand pin striping. Most
of the light bulbs have also been converted to LED's. |

Dave is pictured here just after winning
the 2006 AVA Custom & Chrome ShowDown at the St. Ignace, MI
rally. |
The business end of the bike. Of note here
is the
Kuryakyn hand grips, chrome cup holder, custom made (not Markland) chrome
speaker covers and of course the "tank" top chrome rack. |

Great looking bike Dave and Dot, thanks for sharing
these photos with us! |
