2. Completely fill out form online, print and mail with your check or money order (do not send cash- U.S. Currency Only).

3. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery time.

Online Orders (credit cards, e-checks):

1. Simply select the item(s) you want by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button below the item description or sizes, make sure you select any size, color, or text options before clicking on "Add to Cart" button.

2. After clicking on "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to PayPal's secure website (where your ordering and credit card information is encrypted and safe), where your order for that item will be displayed. You may at that point select the quantity (if more than one desired), and check to make sure the proper item, size, color, or text is displayed as you want it. If you change your mind, or made a mistake with size, etc. check the delete checkbox, then click on "Update Cart" button. After item is shown deleted or cart is empty, click on "Continue Shopping" button to go back to merchandise page and re-enter order for that or other item. Otherwise if OK, you can then either continue shopping, or proceed to checkout by clicking appropriate button.

3. When "Checkout" button is clicked, you will be taken to your shopping cart page where all the items will be displayed in your cart that you have ordered along with the appropriate shipping and handling charges.

4. If all OK, continue with checkout.

5. Please note that orders may not be able to be shipped to P.O. Box addresses, and billing and shipping addresses must be the same.

6. For quickest service, use a credit card, e-checks take additional time for payments to clear.

7. You need not have a PayPal account of your own to order, you can order by using your credit card only (being a PayPal account holder makes it much simpler and less time consuming when ordering subsequent times).

8. That's it! Your order will be confirmed with an email from PayPal only, and sent to the AVA for processing.
