Does anyone mount their own tires or have a shop do it ? If you mount and balance your own do you use tire irons or a changer and wheel balancer stand ? Also I'm considering the DURO tires from Jake Wilson, any opinions on these tires ? The remnants of the 2 ft of snow we had are gone now and its time to get ready to ride.

I have a shop change my tires. Not worth it to do it myself.

I use Dunlop E-3's, Never heard of Duro tires, And I don't see the Voyager 1200 listed under Duro tires at the jake wilson website.
I bought my E-3's from them. Good Company to deal with

I bought a Duro tire from Jake Wilson for my Voyager. Several on the Wyzard's voyager forum said that they have had good luck with them. I don't have mine mounted yet, but plan to have it on before my first ride this spring. The tire I bought was the same size as my Dunlop E-II and has the same load range rating. My main reason for buying the Duro was hopefully it would last as long the remaining tread on the front E-II and they I could upgrade to E-III's.
