Installing an aftermarket radio

I'm trying to find out how hard is it to install an aftermarket radio on the 84 voyager.I will appreciate any help

The problem with adding an after market radio is you loose hand controls.intercom and CB .If the tape-deck works you would be better of buying one of those adapters and go with that instead.

I thought of that and am going to just send the radio off to be repaired and use my tape deck till then thanks

Depending on why you need it fixed ,you may be better off going on fleabay and buy a new controller .just remember to change locks before you snap it in place.
Also on a 1300 the connectors under the control have been known to come loose ,so check that first.
