the belt is traveling from side to side inside the rear sprocket. Is this a problem?

Have you checked the tension yet? Typically they run very tight from the factory.
Mine is usually running to the outside of the rear pulley which is normal.

As mentioned in other posts, the factory belt tension seems to be too high. This has caused the transmission output beating to wear and may be the cause of your belt "wobble". I would suggest you put your bike up on a lift and turn the rear wheel by hand and observe the rear wheel/sprocket to watch the belt "wobble". At the same time, watch the output to see if it "wobbles" too. Could also possibly be rear wheel "wobble". Keep an eye on possible rear wheel "run-out". Then take it to the dealer unless you can find the problem and fix it yourself.
