SPARK PLUGS

Post by ohiojack »

My 1700 has 40000 miles on it. Whendo you recommend a plug change. The plugs cost around 15.00 a piece. Someone said to replace at 100,000 miles???? ohiojack :hmm:

Factory says 30,000 miles.

I change mine at 30,000 miles or sooner. I now have 137,000 miles on my 1700 and the last time I changed the spark plugs was at 116,000 miles. That was the 4th set of spark plugs on my 1700.

Thanks Brian and Don, My 1700 seems to run better after pushing it around 100 miles. Mileage est and motor seems snapper. I have just over 40000 miles on my 2011. I'll replace them this next spring along with a Ivian's reprogramming. ohiojack
