I went for the first time last year.

Buy the ticket that fits your budget, I bought the $109.00 ticket, which gave me a choice of dessert at the Monday night opening. I also chose the Wed night dinner cruise, got a free t-shirt. But best of all I was able to take an MSF course for free!

Last year I rode sixty miles each way to Americade so this year I've booked a room at the Fort William Henry Hotel. Which is the center of all that's happening at Americade. Pack your rain gear I road in a lot of rain last year and it was cool. Last camping even costs a lot during Americade.

Pack enough clothing so that you can head down to Kerrville, Tx. after Americade for the AVA International Rally and have a whole lot of fun with a bunch of other Voyagers.
