Has anyone been here and rode this? What did you think? Going to Myrtle Beach in May, might try this if weather and time works out. Already plan on the "Tail" and Cheraha Skyway (sp) while down there.

Re: Back of the Dragon
Ridden the Back of the Dragon several times. Well worth doing if you are going that way. Runs over three mountain ranges. The only caution is to be careful on some of the curves after a rain. Stone washes down off some of the overhanging rock onto the road surface. The road crews are pretty diligent on sweeping, but you might find a few curves that get exciting if you aren't attentive.
