Sat. May 3rd Gunny and I rode to Kansas City with the T-Town Travelers to see the Arabia Steamship. They where also having the Cinco De Mayo celebration. Wall to wall people. After 3 parking lots trying to find a place to park Gunny and I decided to head on south to pic up some “TOUR OF HONOR” check points in Missouri. We had a great ride in central Missouri. So ride with us as we explore some of Kansas and Missouri.

No, we went to a place by the steamboat and they said there was a 45 min wait, so Gunny and I left. The rest of the people stayed.

I grew up in KC, so I know there are a lot of great BBQ places. I'd recommend Oklahoma Joe's at Wyandotte County Line and Mission Rd.(it does get *very* busy for dinner, so lunch or off-peak hours are better), Rosedale's off Southwest Boulevard in KCK, RJ's on Lamar Ave in Mission, KS, or Jack Stack on the Plaza.
