Having installed my ipod connector was happy for a while but lately riding along my ipod would freeze up. Not sure whats happening here, works ok when connected to household appliances. Any assistance would be good

what kind of an ipod are you using? Kawasaki suggests not using the ipod classic (or if I remember correctly any ipod with a hard drive)

I use my old Iphone 4S and it works great. I attempted to use my Ipod 7th generation but the connection is like on the Iphone 5 and I could not find a connector that would work at all.

Best Buy and Walmart see adaptors for the newer style Ipods. I had to get on for my wife's Spyder.

I wired my audio output from the Garmin Zumo 660 into the bike. Now I play all my music through it as well as turn by turn instructions. The GPS will pause the music, provide the next turn instruction and then resume the song.

The Ipod Nano now has a permanent place in the truck console with direct connection into it's stereo.
