Throttle cable broke no
I was told yesterday by a mechanic my throttle cable on my 84 1300 is broke . The mechanic who saw it 4 years ago said that. I guess take handlebar mechanism apart.trace the cable down to the throttle bodies.there i guess is a place on the linkage where the round ball end slips into? But apparently there are 2 cables, one for accel and one for decel? So far i see that on bike bandit but parts now unavailable.one aftermarket place has universal fit ones.will that work?

There are a couple of them on Ebay ranging from `15 to 50 bucks.
