Yesterday I received my Voyager Clarion radio back from Pete who did the upgrade to bluetooth, LED and the clock mod. Very clean install and looks as if it was always like that from the factory

I put my radio that Pete updated for me in last week and added 4 pioneer speaker.
The mps player that Pete puts in is the coolest thing.
I paired the bluetooth in the radio with my phone and all I have to do is select bluetooth on the radio and it automatically starts playing music off my phone then I move the tuner switch on the handlebars up or down and it changes tracks.
Great job Pete

Thank you Sir..
If you want the output from the module to be higher, then press and hold the Scan button on the handlebar (or the > or < on the module) and it will move up to 32 .. Typically, 20 is about right to be inline with radio volume..
For the Thumb drives, makes sure its a short one.. The vibration from the road will make a long one, stretch the usb socket..

Cheers,,
Pete

You've peaked my interest,

I went to the link in the signature and did an email inquiry.

I ran fully integrated system by JM Corp their CB and had all my gadgets linked.
GPS with XM, radar dector, and phone all integrated... through the JM headset...

would like to get a similar set up...

Hmm.. didnt get the email for some reason..
Anyway..
The bluetooth module will take Audio profile input only.. Essentially it replaces your cassette deck.
it will NOT pair to a bluetooth headset or the phone part of a cell phone..
It WILL pair for media playback from a phone, or ipod or virtually any other bluetooth playback device..

I am trying to find a module to modify that will plug into the headset cable that will allow stereo tramsission to the headset and mono for the mic.. While I know there are options out there, they will not leave you much change from $500.. Im trying to do this on a budget.. to make it available to everyone's pocket.. :-)

cellset set up to do zumo, and Valentine 1, running XM through the Zumo which would also be handling the phone, ended up being about $470....

I can hardwire the ZUMO/XM to the aux input you would install, but need to figure out if having the phone through that or just do a separate blue tooth headset just for phone....

lots of things to consider... I like the idea of having everything contained on the bike and just plugging the headset in...

but I also would like to put the OEM CB on the bike as well...

I missed your call Pete. we'll catch up!

Got my radio back a few weeks ago and am very happy with the way it came out. Still working on other winter upgrades but have no doubts about his craftsmanship. thanks Pete.

Pete: did you get the photos I sent you of my mount repairs?
