Extending the 'living space'

Post by Okie34 »

I am attempting to come up with ways to extend my living space on my Aspen Sentry. Aspen has a couple of rather exensive options, though none of which really give to much room.

I would like to keep it lightweight, easy for one man set up, inexpensive as I can get it and still keep within reasonable quality. Tall order, eh?

2 promising options I've come across so far, come from the SUV and 4X4 camping world.

1. Texsport "The Lodge" SUV tent. 10' X 10' footprint. Runs between $100 to $200

2. Rightline Gear's Campright SUV tent with screen room. 10' X 10' plus 1
5' X 10' screen room for footprint. Runs about $250 to $300.

I'm curious if anyone else with a camper has come up with another solution. I've looed at various screen rooms and canopies, but they generally weigh too much, are outside my price range, or require heavy modification to work well.
