highway bars /crash bars
I have a 1984 LTD 1100 Kawasaki it has mounting brackets for Highway bars but I can not seem to find them anyone know where to look

Chances of you finding highway bars for a bike that old is slim. When I had my 79 Suzuki I eventually found some for it by scouring Ebay often. I was fortunate that the GS bikes shared a lot of the same parts between them. I have no clue if the LTD shared any frame or components...

KZRider.com has a vendor link on their site. Not sure what all is available but that should be a good place to start.
