I don't see anything about adding oil in the service manual.

Aftermarket air cleaner? If so, there should be instructions with it.

No aftermarket, stock filter, according to the manual it is a wet filter

The OEM filter is a wet paper filter that is not cleanable. I hope it comes pre-oiled because I did not add any oil to it. Don't see any directions in the owner's manual or service manual about oiling it. I recommend holding a tissue paper to the new filter and see if there is oil already on it.
