dry

Post by Lucasind »

...so this morning, we awoke to find that the residents of toledo and surrounding areas are Not to use or consume any tap water ! Water is not to be even boiled then used. So off to wal mart for bottled water early this morning. ALL water was already picked clean from the shelves ! All restaurants are closed ! Were told to not bathe or shower, skin rashes may occur. People are driving like mad fools here, trying to find a source of unsold water... today is off to a great start. :-O

Good Grief, what's going on with your water? When hurricanes hit Louisiana we often have water problems but it's mostly boil before consuming. Don't ever remember not being able to shower.-- your stuff must really be bad. Hope you find some soon.......Good luck......Gator Mike

Sometimes I'm glad I live in the country and have a well and septic system. I also have an industrial size water filter system good for 200, 000 gallons.
Maybe you should look into a well if the city allows it.

In Louisiana we never seem to have a water shortage. Would be glad to send you some rain since it looks to be here for the next several days.

Maybe a sign from up above to move to NC and start a fabrication/engine/general repair, oh and fork lift shop. No lack of clean water and fresh air and I know some guy that would work with you that has some machining/mechanic tooling also looking to move. :gig:

Bad water in California.........Not a problem.

ANY water in California,...... that's a problem!
$600.00 fine if you are caught washing your car, without a shut off valve on the open end of the hose. That 600 bucks is going to fix all the water problems in the state.

Here in Wichita Falls we are in a stage 5 water restrictions which means no outside watering at all (includes washing vehicles). local car washes can only open 5 days a week. Our water rates are increasing an additional 50% plus in a few months. Our city even started reusing our sewer water. yep we drinking our potty water.
