Interested in Starting an AVA Chapter?

Fill out and submit the following form to get started, you must be a present AVA member in order to get your information published on the Affiliated Chapters page of the AVA site under the "Possible Future Chapters" listing. This is a free service to AVA members.

By completing this form and submitting it, you will be given a link to download the AVA Info Pack on becoming an Affiliated Chapter of the AVA, which includes a introduction and Chapter requirements letter, the AVA Chapter hood Application, and tips on making the most of your Chapter. You will also be listed under the possible new chapters section of the "Affiliated Chapters" page of the AVA web site (posting of your possible future chapter may take a few days until posted). When you have the required number of members as stated in the Affiliated Chapters application form, submit the form to the AVA home office. Upon approval and Chapter Certification, your Chapter Name, Website address (if any), E-Mail contact address (if any), and contact name and phone number will be published on the AVA Website and Hardcopy Publication.

If you are a member of an existing AVA Affiliated Chapter and would like a copy of Chapter Growth Ideas and Activities List (same ideas that are noted in the Chapter Info Pack), that your chapter might like to see, or if you lost the original copy that came with your Chapter Application Pack, please fill out the short form below. You will be provided a link to download just these growth ideas without the rest of the Chapter Info Pack.
