RULES OF “SEE THE USA WITH THE AVA” PASSPORT PROGRAM

1.            Each participant must purchase his or her own passport book to qualify for grand prize drawing.

2.            Points are on “honor system” – photos, stamps, etc. can be used to verify your point collection (verification will eliminate any possible point disputes).

3.            You cannot accumulate points for any particular event or place listed on point system list more than once.  For example: if you visit Mt. Rushmore twice in the summer, you can only list points for it once.  However, each chapter meeting (of your chapter or other AVA or affiliate chapters) will accumulate points for each attended (please have an officer initial for point verification).

4.            You must identify yourself as a See the USA With the AVA participant at any ROK, VROC, COG, or KawaNOW event and show your passport to receive points.

5.            You must sign all AMA, AVA, VROC, COG, KawaNOW, or ROK waivers when asked to at any point event, including the waiver for this passport program.

6.            You must follow all local, county, state, and federal laws regarding driving in traffic, licensing, and safety clothing (e.g., helmet), as included on See the USA With the AVA waiver on passport registration form.

7.            After you reach 100 points (you may use a GPS's "Points of Interest" for additional suggestions), please sign your booklet and return to AVA Headquarters so you will be eligible for prize drawings.

8.            Provide appropriate contact phone and address information for prize shipping.

9.            You must pay all postal charges to send your passport to AVA Headquarters (see inside cover of passport) to have points confirmed and passport put into random drawing for prizes.
