Radio Channels

My radio will start searching for channels on it's own.It doesn't do it all the time but when it does it drives me crazy untill I turn it off :tho: I have cleaned the handlebar switch and all the radio connections

Let's say the radio is searching up the channels. If you push the switch for it to search down the channels does it change directions or keep searching up the channels.

When I bought my bike I couldn't even search up cause I guess the PO never did. It took a while of using it and spraying it to finally get it to work correctly.

is it a radio problem or handlebar switch problem? what happens when u have the switch unplugged?

Sarge, no offense meant but did you happen to clean the rear controls for the radio while you were at it? There are times when they get fogotten about!
