gutted exhaust?

Post by DennyPotoczky »

I know several have drilled out the rear baffle on their exhaust. But has anybody drilled out the next baffle wall and taken out the catalytic material? How does it sound?

thanks

My bike has a real nice rumble without changing the stock exhaust. At 15,000 miles it started getting a nice low rumble. At 20,000 people ask me if it is the stock exhaust.

I doubt I’ll get a response but which D&D Exhaust did you find that worked.

I didn't use the D&D but bought the Cobra tri oval. Very happy with them I've had them on for 80,000. They have a nice rumble, and only bark when you get after it.
