So I am getting a sweet deal on a Cobra exhaust for my bike. Only installed on one other bike, and was used twice, then taken off because the owner didn't like the sound (too loud).
Would I need to get the bike re-dyno'ed after installing them. When I got my bike inspected this year, the garage guy said he highly recommends it.
Thoughts?
Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Re: Exhaust
I don't know about dynoing but I believe the carbs may need rejetting when going to anything not a stock exhaust.

Re: Exhaust
I really like the sound of the Cobra's...might be an upgrade I'll look at later-on...does anybody know of a 4 into 1 header/exhaust system for our XII's? Don't know if I'd want to go to that extreme, but always nice to know there are options, if they exist...

Re: Exhaust
They do sound really nice. Gives the bike that "extra" roar when you are on the throttle. But when you are at a cruising RPM speed, it's not too loud. I actually can still hear my factory radio crystal clear going down the highway as if I had the original exhaust on.

Re: Exhaust
I can tell you there are no 4 into 1 exhausts made for the Voyager XII. If you could even make one I have no idea how you would mount it.
