So, the heat and humidity today could not be worse in a steam sauna, but there I am in the garage, airbox off, familiarizing myself with things, spraying carb cleaner and checking the carbs and boots for leaks. None to report happily.
It takes me FOREVER in that sweatbox to get the darn airbox hoses connected properly, get it all buttoned back up and finally come inside just now for a cool beverage to rehydrate.
What is waiting at my front door? Why the packages the mailman delivered containing my iridium plugs and the Emgo carb balancer. So guess what I'll be doing tomorrow? lol
Like I said.....timing is everything.

Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Yup you should have posted this before you started!!!LOL Air box hose is real easy to get in. One trick I found out to maker it easier when installing the airbox, I use large cable ties to secure the tubes instead of the metal clamps. I gave up trying to get them back on. PITA

Great idea! Mine were a little mangled, and not all the way on. I used a Snap-On radiator hose pick. Worked great also.doug of so fla wrote:Air box hose is real easy to get in.
