Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!
i'm not a Electrical engineer and don't know much about it, but i would like to buy a new horn and louder one. what i need to know do i have to use a relay and why or can i just use the original horn button
Yes, you do have to use a relay for a "bigger, heavier" horn. and yes you can use your horn button/wire to trigger the relay. If you don't use a relay, you will blow the fuze everytime you try to use the horn.
I would suggest adding in an additional fuse block to supply power to the new horn directly from the battery. I would also suggest adding a 12 Volt accessory outlet (for cell phone charging, GPS, etc.) at the same time, wired through the new fuse block, with a relay powering it, through a switched circuit (one that is off when the key is off). Cheers!
