I am thinking about up grading the speakers on my 03 voyager. Was looking for suggestions on good plug and go speakers .Will thank you all in advance

These Pioneer 3way 4" speakers are the best I've found so far. Nice and clear sound.

Are these speaker a plug and go and also are there waterproof

They have the same connectors as the original and are more waterproof than the original speakers were. Have not had any issues yet with them in the rain.

Keep the fine mesh screen from the old speakers and put it on the new ones. It will help a little with keeping the rain out.
