Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Recommendations for Highway Pegs

Post by stastny »

Does anyone have some recommendations for highway pegs? I don't want to remove the lower fairings so I guess I'm looking for something that will extend out with enough clearance.

I found that the Kuryakin Longhorn Offset Highway Pegs work the best for me. I still have the lower fairing clip on wind deflectors in place and I can place my whole foot on the peg. They are infinitely adjustable and various diameter clamps are available.
Just a suggestion as YMMV.

Most of us have pegs on the crash bars, lowers and all. No problem. (Assuming you have the crash bars.)

Thanks. I purchased the Kuryakyn with 1" brackets but they are too small, especially since you have to mount them on the curve of the crash bars. What size brackets work best?
