Several folks offered me valuable tips and insights regarding my recent improvements to my '86 XII. Don and Gene provided needed hardware and most valuable instructions and went above and beyond the call helping this old cycle wrencher get the jobs done. Others offered assistance as well. Partzilla and other online parts sources helped a bunch.
Sincere thanks to all involved.
Suffice it to say that the AVA in general and THIS forum in specific is a tremendous resource to those of us who relish keeping these old girls running and on the streets where all good motorcycles belong. I am proud to be an AVA member and will continue to try to assist and add content on the forums as I am able.
Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
