Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Water pump leak
I had a large puddle of antifreeze under the voyager this morning. Had a constant drip coming out of the weep hole of the water pump. I pulled the pump and the oil/water seal has not slid out of place like it's prone to do.
My questions are: Is this pump rebuildable and is the inner seal even available?
Thanks in advance for any and all advice

Re: Water pump leak
Do a search on this forum, I know there's somebody that sells rebuild kits but I can't remember who it is. I replaced mine last winter and I remember somebody saying that the rebuilt ones last longer than the replacements. I can't verify the longevity claim, maybe somebody else can.

Re: Water pump leak
I replaced my waterpump seal when I replaced my water manifold O-rings and coolant hoses during my 2014-2015 winter service.I got them from Carl Leo.
You can get his contact information on this forum, but I do not have it handy. My seal had not slid out ,but coolant was leaking on the outside of the seal, between the seal and pump housing. When I installed the seal,I put a thin layer of red locktite on the outer surface of the seal to help hold it in place.I learned that about 6-7 years ago in our farm equipment repair shop to hold seals in place which are not a tight press fit.

Re: Water pump leak
I talked to Carl Leo. Because I was losing lots of coolant out of the W/P weep hole, he said that the ceramic seal had failed under the impeller which is not rebuildable.

Re: Water pump leak
I have acquired a used pump that has been sitting for about 10 years that may or may not be good. Thanks for the offer, I may make a deal with you if this one is bad.
New pumps are high dollar. The best price I found was $223!
This is a great site, thanks for all the responses, and a special thanks to Carl Leo.
