cruise control
i do a lot of riding in hilly country,like the cruies to work in 4 th gear,so i grounded the wire,that goses to the switch,that signed that the bike is in 5 th; now i have cruies in any gear,over 30 mph--max speed in cruise is 81 mph by GPS,bike spdo says 87 mph

So, how well does the cruise hold the speed in hilly country? How much do the RPMs vary?
I only use the cruise when on the highways so I have one less thing to think about.
I'm not sure what type of hills you are talking about, but I like to crest hills at a slower speed than I would normally cruise at because I don't like to be surprised because the road turns at the crest of the hill or a car is pulling out of a drive just on the other side of the crest of the hill.

any kind of hills or mountains,from co. to main,canada to fl.
been there and still doing it

the longest hills i have been up and down,is between springfiled mo. and harrison ar,US 65 now there is some long hills ,maybe 2-3 mls crest to crest
