well the fun begins, replace the rear wheel and tire with one I bought that had a brand new tire on it.
Followed the directions and got everything off but the exhaust wasn't budging, after a hour of trying everything to get it to move I figured gotta be another way.
Decided to let the air out of the rear shocks and remove them from the swing arm I then took a ratchet strap and looped one end behind the left shock and around the drive shaft housing, moved the seat foreward and hooked the other end on the RH frame.
Make sure nothing will get pinched by the strap.
Ratchet it up and BINGO the axle is now higher than the exhaust.
It took a lot longer to change the wheel out but after doing it this way next time should be a lot quicker ( no trial and error on how to hook the strap up )
Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

another way is to remove the 2 bolts on each side that hold the muffler to the bracket (also holds the passenger floorboards) then just press down on the mufflers and you will gain enough clearance to pass the axle over the mufflers, i have the sleeves from an old jacket that i slide over the mufflers to protect them from scratches.........
