Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Estes Park Rally Campground Info

Post by debron »

If you would like to camp at the rally rather than spend the bucks for the rally hotel, here are the two "official" rally campgrounds. Tell them you are with the AVA when you make your reservations:

KOA (Kampgrounds of America) www.koa.com
2051 Big Thompson Avenue (US 34)
Reservations 800-562-1887; KOA Estes Park 970-586-2888 (Jim Turner)
Basic site (camping) $37, Water and Elec. $45
Make reservations by May 15th. In comments area on-line, put “AVA Group”

Campground at Mary’s Lake www.reserveamerica.com
2120 Mary’s Lake Road
Reservations 800-964-7806; 970-342-5723 (Zenda Smith)
Basic site - tent $30, Water and Elec. $40
Reserve America is the same company you would use if you made reservations for camping in the national parks.
