Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

fuel leak
After opening the drain screws on the 4 carbs to confirm I had clean gas in there I now have a fuel leak. I took 2 of the drain screws out out and see that there is not a rubber "O ring" in there. When I look at my shop manual it shows a small "O ring" with a part # 92055-1053. I purchased the bike 2 months ago after it sat unused for two years. The previous owner told me he had the carburators overhauled once. Question is do I need the "O rings" or what can I do to stop the leak? There is only 22,000 kilometers (13,000 miles) on the bike. It is a 2001 model.

Re: fuel leak
I would make sure that I had them on there. Any hardware store of auto parts store should be able to help you out there if you don't buy them from a Kawasaki dealer. I would also replace all of them while I was at it .
I believe that these are the correct dimensions
Outer Diameter: Approximately 6.5mm
Inner Diameter: Approximately 3.5mm

Re: fuel leak
Are you missing 1 O ring or this same one on all 4 carbs? The blow apart doesn't show exactly where this O ring sits but if it is missing you will need it. Make sure all the gaskets on all the float bowls are good as well. I have had leaks on another old bike where they dried out from sitting with no fuel in the bowls.

Re: fuel leak
I am not sure if the new "O" rings are the correct size. What i have is too big to install on the drain screw. However I did poke it into the hole where the drain screw sits but am not sure if it is going to work.
