Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Is my alternator bad?
Okay guys, I fired up the 1994 Voyager this morning, and noticed that when its idling the lights dim. That only happens when it's idling under 1000 rpms. When you give it a little gas, the lights are very steady, not flickering or anything. The bike has been sitting a while, but has a new battery. Should I be worrying about that or should I ride it a bit to see? How hard is it to replace the alternator? Also, the starter seems kind of week and is making a little noise. How hard is that to do?

Just how many weeks has "sitting a while" been ?KISSfanJoe wrote:Okay guys, I fired up the 1994 Voyager this morning, and noticed that when its idling the lights dim. the tuner and display will put a drain on any battery, new or old. Test or have tested the percent of charge the battery has. Go for that first...
Also remove the 3 amp fuse for the tuner , before removing the battery cables .

Re: Is my alternator bad?
I just bought the bike last week. I am guessing the bike itself has been sitting a year or so before that, but started periodically. The battery is less than a week old, and it was doing that when the battery first went in. I haven't started the bike in about 5 days.ekap1200 wrote:Just how many weeks has "sitting a while" been ?KISSfanJoe wrote:Okay guys, I fired up the 1994 Voyager this morning, and noticed that when its idling the lights dim.
