We've had a lot of rain, in the middle of this huge drought. And just at the right time -- no forest fires this 4th!
Will wonders never cease.
My kinfolk in SW Ohio had a family party in a former church. This used to number (literally) hundreds at a lake, roasting a whole hog. But now it's down to maybe a dozen -- I haven't heard.
How did you celebrate way up in northern Ohio?
We've had a lot of rain, in the middle of this huge drought. And just at the right time -- no forest fires this 4th!

Now it is time to go back to work,with no holiday till Labor Day.
