Voyager XII Passenger Floorboard Covers Chrome
Finally found a set of these chrome covers. Part numbers I used were
for a 2000 Vulcan Nomad...
Part numbers 14090-1907 for the left side and 14090-1908 For the right.
Also part number 14090 for the left and 14090A for the Right.
Ended up finding them through CMS out of the Netherlands.
Very nice covers. You're going to have to drill and tap to put them on.
Fasteners don't come with them, they're a separate part number. I had some in my tool box that worked.
Looks pretty nice! Better than that stamped aluminum butt hole looking thing.
I'm going to look around on ebay and see if I can find some stick on KAWASAKI emblem around 3.5 x .5 inches to fill that gap between
the screws! Should be fun!
Enjoy!
Got tired of trying to find another so I made one... I think I'm going to pin-stripe like the one shown below, I think that really looks amazing. Going to change the fasteners too as they are a little scabby.

Gene Kapuscinsky (gee I hope I spelled your name right, Gene) makes gorgeous ones in polished stainless steel. He makes lots of really cool stainless steel stuff.

Re: Voyager XII Passenger Floorboard Covers Chrome
Well I had some bad news on these...
One package contained the left cover, the other contained the right floorboard... Yeah, the floorboard, not the cover.
Contacted the company to tell them about this (right part in the wrong package) and apparently they can't get the right one for me
SO.....
I may have to reach out to Gene Kapuscinsky to see what he has... Ain't that a bummer??

It's a bummer that they can't get the right part, but definitely not a bummer that you have to get some of Gene's fine handiwork.garbal wrote: ↑Wed Jan 19, 2022 6:13 pm Well I had some bad news on these...

Re: Voyager XII Passenger Floorboard Covers Chrome
Man those look great.
I'm honestly surprised Kawasaki ever let the XII out the door without SOME kind of cover on the bottom of those passenger boards. They're glaringly unfinished.

Re: Voyager XII Passenger Floorboard Covers Chrome
Those are very nice, I've reached out to Gene and am looking forward to hearing from him Those look nicer than factory ones.
You're right, why would they ever NOT cover that mess of a floorboard with something... oh, because suckers like me spend thousands
on accessorizing afterward... give me a catalogue and I'm in heaven! :)

Re: Voyager XII Passenger Floorboard Covers Chrome
Finally got tired of waiting, searching the internet massive headaches and sleepless nights trying to find the Right Side Cover.
Took a couple of hours and made one.
Looks fine... Much better than that crappy cast aluminum skeleton back side.
Couldn't insert the image ... look up... wayyyy up.
