Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Take it back. You can also use DOT 5.1 which has a higher boiling point than DOT 4.

DOT 4 synthetic will absolutely work fine in the Voyager, been running with that for years.

Thanks gentlemen. I appreciate it. I was just concerned about it being synthetic.

I've picked up fluid that was Dot 3-4 before as it was compatible with both, so I'm thinking you're good. Dot 5 on the other hand is not, but strangely, Dot 5.1 is. I prefer synthetic when I can afford it.

....when dot 4 is recommended (like our bikes) then you see a bottle of fluid listed as dot 3 and 4,and the only difference Iv'e read is boiling point, which under the most extreme conditions would ever break down to failing point.maybe in the south/southwest parts of the country, under hard continuous use, would that occur, I currently have the dot 3-4 in my bike which performs well, but a recent stop at napa I saw and purchased Dot 4 syn and before leaving for next years rally will have installed that.

 Well I hope you bought a gallon with all the bikes you own , who knows what bike you will bring. And how many bikes you will work on before next years rally. Then there is always the kids bikes that always wait until the last week before leaving for the rally to check out. :rolling:

PS- I am using DOT-4 SYN. replaced every 2 years.
