Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Transmission question bike wont shift out of first gear
Hi all still a foot of snow here so no road test available but I am getting the bike ready for the season. 87 model 60000km and I bought it in the dead of winter so I couldn't test drive it. I had it running on the center stand today and thought I would run it thru the gears shifts into first great clutch works fine but wont shift into second or higher. Is this normal? I am assuming there is a safety that wont allow second gear till you are moving or at least I hope that is what the answer is.

try about 3500rpm for the shift with the wheel turning. the transmission has to spin up with cold oil to sling the positive neutral balls out.
