I recently pick up a 95 XII , it ran a little rough in idle . So ,I drained carbs, New fuel filter , synced carbs, ran a few tanks through with seafoam, still wasn't as smooth as I liked, as I was installing new NGK Iridium plugs, I found one of the old plugs on cylinder 1 had practically no gap, Installed New plugs and runs much better, my question is , Do I need to resync the carbs? Though I probably know the answer , I just want to be sure, Thanks
Man, I hate spell correct!
Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Re: carb sync again?
I believe the carbs are balanced by using #1 as the base which the others are made to match. In other words, yes, re-balance the carbs. It's the only way to be sure. Cheers!

Re: carb sync again?
Sync carbs 1 & 2 to each other. Then 3 & 4 to each other. Then sync them all together using the middle adjusting screw.
Easy to do. I use this gauge for adjusting carbs http://www.carbtune.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Best I've used

Re: carb sync again?
If syncing hasn't improved performance you may need to go through them again making sure every tiny jet hole has been unplugged.
