Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.

The British sure had a lot of different two-wheelers to use in WWII. This one is called the Welbike. I was made to fit into a canister for airdrop. The can had sheet metal "crush" end to cushion it's landing. The engine was made by Villiers. After the war there were several clones of this bike for economical transportation. Several companies made similar ones all over the world. Thousands can still be found in India. Most of the British versions became convenient scooters for getting around military bases.
They had a two part tank connected underneath by a tube, but since the tube was below the carb, there was a hand pump in the top of the right-hand tank. The engine was a 1.8hp 80cc.
I doubt they would make a very good touring bike!
