Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!
My next small project is change the front marker bulb to 2 element bulb and have two turn signals flashing together. And add about 4) 194 red LED's to the tour box lamp.
love it. I've actually been working on another idea to get light into that spot of the tail lights. Can't believe they would design that light without allowing light to transfer to that area. Nice job.

Yes you did. I was trying to use a 194 bulb and some round reflectors from flashlights. It worked but didn't fill out the side as well as your idea. Once you posted yours, I knew what I was going to do.

Send me your email, I still have the pictures on my PC. This was done in 2016 so ebay sellers may be difficult to search. I'm no longer riding nor have my Voyager.

No more Voyager awwww :( Dang
But ok yes thanks for sending the old pics glad u still have :) my e-mail is: leegrube@email.com
And ya, I'm ok with others seeing it - had that e-mail since 1994 and needless to say, I get about 500+ spam messages a day so not too worried who else gets it lmao - besides, I trust y'all here :)
I converted all lights, except the instrument lights, to LED, including my Headlight bulb (reduced from 55W to 35W): I gained around 1.5 Volts on my voltmeter reading, coming from the alternator. The LED's I used, are bright enough (check the Lumen output, comparing the LED's to the incandescent bulbs they are replacing). I love it: they were plug-and-play replacements, and they will outlive me, and the bike! They consume a fraction of the electrical power, freeing up more amperes for accessories, like my phone charger, and my GPS system; it also delivers more charge to the battery, ensuring it remains fully charged when riding. Cheers!
drtechnology,
Did you get the information you were looking for? Sorry, I've been away from the forum for a while and just got this message. If you need pictures, I can try to dredge up some old photos off an old PC. I love the look they give and are holding up real nice.
