Hi Everyone, I am getting ready to rebuild the front forks on my Voyager and was wondering if you had any idea on driving seals. A Kawasaki seal driver 5007-1219 is around 450-500.00. That's a little too much for me, I didn't know if anyone had an alternative.
Thanks
Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Re: Front fork rebuild
Motion Pro makes a nice kit, and there are Chinese clones on Amazon.
Most of the time, I find a piece of schedule 40 water pipe to work, although I can't say that there's a size appropriate to the ZG12.

Re: Front fork rebuild
I got mine from motion pro. Less that $50 Works great. Tried PVC pipe and other means in the past and seals leaked. Get the proper tool. You won’t be sorry.
