Has anyone found a substitute for the fairing extension clips (partzilla #92037)? I'd rather not shell out 5 bucks each for the things...
Somebody on Facebook said to order some RV wiring clips... wasted 10 bucks... serves me right for using FB tech assist
Hello everyone! As of today, we have 90 registered! That's going to be a great turn out!
Just a reminder that rally registration closes on May 9 so that we can place our t-shirt order for the rally.
If you are coming, but have not sent in your registration, do it TODAY or TOMORROW!
After that, we will not accept any orders for t-shirts. We order a few extra of the most common sizes for the rally. You can only get what is available.
Have you all made your hotel reservations? If not, do it NOW! If our blocked rooms are full at Laquinta Inn, you'll have to find other lodging.
See you all soon!

Re: Fairing extension clips??
Remove the fairing extensions. Then apply clear house window caulking and use your remaining clips to hold everything in place. Remove any excess caulk with a Q-tip out of the crack. Don't apply the caulk where the clips go. You may find some affordable ones some day.

Re: Fairing extension clips??
Apply the caulking sparingly! This stuff has a lot of gripping power, and it does not tear easily, once fully cured. Just use a few, small dabs of caulking, in case you ever need to disassemble it.
Using caulking is a really great idea. Wish I had thought of it, years ago... Cheers!
