Foot Peg shift linkage setup

Hi everyone.

I have a 1990 Voyager with the floorboards. To me the heel toe shifter is kind of clumsy at best and the brake pedal is an absolute PITA. On mine at least I have to lift my leg way up just to get my foot on the brake pedal. Whoever engineered that setup must have been having a bad day or something, I don't know. In any case I am seriously considering converting it to pegs but I can't seem to find a good reference or pictures to see how it would all hook up. The brake pedal seems pretty straight forward but I'm a bit puzzled by the shifting side. Does anyone have a good diagram of the assembly or better yet have some actual photos that could be shared? It seems as though the parts are out there to do it but I want to be sure I have the right parts before I go after it.

and look up the floorboard install instructions from the "Accessory" section of the "Voyager XII" option of the "Tech Center" category available on the Home Page of the AVA. This will explain the upside down orientation of the shift linkage when installing floorboards. To go back to pegs just reverse the procedure for the shift linkage.

Thanks a bunch for the pictures they cleared up a lot! The brake side to me is just a simple matter of resetting the brake pedal and the stop switch but I was really trying to figure out the pivot point for the peg style shifter as the heel toe shifter pivot point is a part of the floorboard bracket. The third picture you posted shows that pretty clear, now I know what to look for. Thank you so much!
