Hello Bill, Were the OEM trim shipped flat, and did it include double sided tape. I put some on this proto and didn't really like the gap at the top. The alternative I have is to add a third screw on the inboard side towards the top . Gene Kap.Bill O wrote:Gene, put me down for a set. (Mirror Shields)

Something that would snap on and off that would keep the sun off the screen. If you decide to make one, patent it and sell millions to those of us bikers who are too cheap to buy motorcycle specific GPS units.
Thanks Tony, That was the one of the test bend pcs, moved them both and then I moved the top one again .312 down away from the radius.Lucasind wrote:... I like the placement of the third screw ,on the inboard side. less noticeable.
Hi Mike, Working on that, and also wanting to add text or a logo or just the letters AVA, Just sent Don M. a email to see if the AVA would have any issues with me putting the letters in the front fender skirt. I finally have the mirror trim in process and after I ship what I have ;I have the crash bar to fabricate and put a price on. Thanks for all the great ideas. I know I would want one and I'll bet a number of others would too.
